first one was around 8:50pm
second was 9:20pm

using dark red as a base helps punch out blues but still leaves the painting looking a little heavy.

I woke up around 6:00 am this morning and painted this sitting on the front porch. Tablets are clunky things. The light kept disappearing and reappearing so I took a picture of that brat quick

Painted the 2nd one around 8:15pm. I was immediately swarmed by mosquitoes

Retreated indoors. Painted 3rd while looking out the window using pic as ref.. It's almost not cheating

one day we'll be good at this! armed with bug spray it shall be possible
